StitchVerdict is reader-supported. When you click a "check price" link and buy from a retailer, that retailer pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price is identical whether you use our link or not.
Why it doesn't bias our verdicts
The commission we earn is broadly the same percentage across the machines we cover, so we have no financial reason to push one over another. We rank on merit and tell you when the best choice is a used machine, a cheaper machine, or no purchase at all — none of which maximises commission. Our scoring method is fixed and public.
What brands cannot buy
Brands cannot pay to be reviewed, to score higher, to be added to a "best" list, or to remove a criticism. We do not accept sponsored verdicts, paid placements, or free machines in exchange for coverage. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed clearly on the page in question.
